User Roles

We have different user roles:

Organization Admin: Manages the team, grants access, assigns roles, and can remove users.

Creator: Creates new projects, modifies data, and manages content.

Reviewer: Accesses project details and provides feedback.

Reader: Views project details but cannot modify data.

Access and Use

You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform according to your subscription plan.

Use the Platform only through your authorized employees or representatives ('Authorized Users').

Do not use the Platform on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

Follow any usage limits specified in your subscription plan (e.g., number of users, duration, features).

User Credentials

Keep your login details confidential.

Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Maintenance and Support

We strive to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We provide maintenance and support services, including repairs and updates.

Support is available 24/7 via our ticketing system and email at support@risklick.ch with a maximum response time of 24 hours.

Your Responsibilities

Pay all fees as specified in your subscription plan.

Do not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

Ensure your infrastructure meets our minimum requirements.

Comply with our End-User Documentation and any guidelines we provide.

Customer Materials

You may upload content ('Customer Materials') to the Platform.

You retain ownership of your Customer Materials.

You grant us permission to use your Customer Materials solely to provide and improve our Services.

Ensure you have the rights and permissions to upload any content you provide.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Platform, including any updates or improvements.

You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights.

Notify us if you become aware of any infringement.

Third-Party Content

Our Services may include content or software from third parties.

Such content is subject to the terms provided by those third parties.

Fees and Payment

Pay all fees as specified in your subscription plan.

Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable upon termination.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months
